Ristonchi Castle can host up to 60 attendees in their own beds with 27 private rooms and 13 semi private rooms and lofts. We offer gorgeous and unique locations for your meetings, parties and team building events. The Templar Hall, our main meeting room has wifi, tables, chairs, big screen TV for easy casting of presentations and whiteboards.
Your group will enjoy healthy, fresh Italian-style food prepared by our in-house chef. Guests love our Make Your Own Pizza Party in the castle’s stone oven, a 3-course traditional Tuscan meal, or fun BBQ at the pool. Our packages include 3 meals a day plus a coffee and snack break in the afternoon. *Dietary restrictions such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and allergies are accommodated.
Ristonchi will help you with the basic planning of your event including recomendations of transportation companies- then we can get to the fun stuff! We’ll recommend some live entertainment, improv workshops, DJs, party themes, wine tastings, Florence tour guides, cycling trails and e-bike rentals, kayaking experiences, and more to make your retreat personal and memorable. We also include pizza and pasta making, guided hikes, meditation, yoga, improv, and other fun activities to get your team inspired! Browse Activities→
With a total of 60 beds and 29.5 bathrooms your team of up to 60 people can stay in their own beds or smaller companies each participant will enjoy their own room and bathroom. The castle has a rustic, cozy vibe and is surrounded by a forest and olive groves. *

In the months leading up to the event we were in regular contact, discussing the logistics of food, room allocation and transport options but also the more fun aspects of parties, pizza making and activities! On a Wednesday evening in June, 70 of us arrived at Ristonchi at sunset, and were greeted by live music, beautiful lights and a BBQ feast.
